Frequently Asked Questions

We require at least  50% down payment and 5% additional for PayPal and Debit/Credit Payment in order to reserve your booking.  Payment can be made through bank deposit, money transfer or Paypal transfer services.  After payment has been made please send a copy of payment receipt to alma@explorertravelcebu.com.  After receiving the down payment, your booking is secured.

The full balance payment can be paid on the day of the tour.

If a booking is made less than 3 days prior to tour date, full payment must be paid at once.

Strictly No Show. No Refund. 

We accommodate last minute booking but should be at least 1 day before tour date; full payment is required upon pick-up.
